Christina Li (Founder)
Christina studied Fresco Painting at Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts, China and continued working in the graphic design field before switching to user experience design. From 1998 to 2002, Christina worked as the senior manager of user interface design centre at the biggest IT Company of China (Lenovo Group), where she led various interface design and usability research projects for software, website, Set-top Box, etc. Having graduated with a MA in Interactive Multimedia from The University of the Arts London, she currently works as an User Experience Designer at the BBC in England and also consults on design and strategy at Infinite Interactive Ltd. Her research interests lie in cultural consideration of user expereince design.
Anthony Sonego (Editor)
Anthony is currently completing his Master of Human Factors (HCI) at the University of Queensland. His thesis is concerned with exploring the role of culture in the identification and appreciation of aesthetics amongst participants from Melbourne and Nanjing. Whilst working toward his Masters, Anthony also completed a Graduate Certificate in Software Development at The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and was able to secure an intern position within Telstra’s Research Laboratories as part of the Human Factors Group. Prior to this, Anthony put his B. Ed in Music to good use, teaching piano, theory, synthesizer performance and music technology to students at CGS in Melbourne. Anthony is a member of the UPA in China and CHISIG in Australia. He currently resides in Nanjing with his wife and is looking forward to becoming an integral member of a user experience design team.
Sean Liu (Editor)
Songtao Liu (Sean) received his MSc degree in Human-Centred Systems at the University of Birmingham in December, 2004. Before that, he used to work as a system engineer at VERITAS Software Corporation and as a quality assurance engineer at Computer Associates Int’l. In 1997, he received his Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering at Beijing Institute of Technology. He is now moving his career onto human-centred systems and promoting human-centred methodology and practice in China. He also maintains interests in storage management and networking.

Ryana Chan works in user experience field for more than 5 years. After earned her Bachelor degree in Industrial Design, she experienced many different projects, and became a skillful designer and communicator with the spirit of user-centered design. At present, she work as User Interface Specialist for Infor, which is the world’s 3rd largest provider of enterprise software and the 10th largest software company in the world .Recently, her research interests focus on affective design, elearning and ethnography study.

Jessie Shen
Jessie (Jia) Shen is currently working as an Information Architect in uSwitch Ltd, London. It is one of the biggest online price comparison sites in U.K. She has a degree in Computing Science from Griffith College Dublin, Ireland and a Master (MSc) in Human Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from University College London. Her favourite research topic is applying eye tracking technology in HCI. Previously she worked in a project using the eye tracker to improve mobile internet usability. She is also interested in emotional design and using comics in user centred design practice.
