We encourage articles and essays from both eastern and western practitioners and researchers of User Interface Design and Usability related disciplines. It is a great chance for authors to generate ideas among peers and to have a readership on both sides of the world.

We are interested in articles with a focus on:

• exploring theories and concepts that reflect current industrial practice
• future looking articles that address the challenges faced by our discipline
• articles relating to the teaching of user-centred techniques and methodologies
• case studies from projects demonstrating the application of user-centred techniques
• reviews of books, conferences, sites, software, tools and interactive projects
• interviews with leading experts in the field expressing their points on view to professional issues

Compensation and Rights

uiGarden is created through the donated volunteer efforts of its staff. Therefore, at this time, we cannot offer any compensation to authors other than the fervent gratitude of the staff and your peers.

Articles are jointly copyrighted unless otherwise indicated. Some of the articles are reprinted with the author’s permission. We would also appreciate a “first appeared in” credit.
